Lynn Davies

Head Of Care Services

I am proud to lead our care services at Calton House, bringing more than 20 years of experience across the health and social care sector. Having worked in frontline, management, and Registered Manager roles, I understand the importance of balancing high-quality care, strong leadership, and positive outcomes for the people we support.
My passion has always been helping people reach their potential whilst creating services that are safe, person-centred, and responsive to individual needs. Throughout my career, I have supported adults and children within autism, learning disabilities, mental health, dementia, and community-based services, leading teams through periods of growth, change, and continuous improvement.
I have successfully led new service developments, service registrations, quality improvement initiatives, and operational change projects, always focusing on delivering the best outcomes for the people we support. I am particularly passionate about building strong, values-driven teams and creating positive workplace cultures where people feel supported, valued, and empowered to succeed.
Since joining Calton House in August 2025, I have been committed to building on the organisation's strong reputation and values, supporting our teams to achieve excellence, and ensuring every person we support is treated with dignity, respect, and kindness. I am incredibly proud to be part of a team that is dedicated to helping people live fulfilling, meaningful, and independent lives.
When I'm not at work, you'll usually find me exploring Cornwall's stunning coastline and countryside with my two energetic pointer dogs.

Mia Bridgen

Finance Manager

I have proudly been part of the Calton House family for many years, and my journey within the organisation has given me a unique understanding of our services and values. I began my career here as an Office Administrator before progressing into a Care Manager role, where I supported both our teams and the people we support throughout the challenges of the COVID-19 pandemic.
Having worked across both operational and care settings, I developed a strong appreciation for the vital role that every department plays in delivering outstanding support. This experience eventually led me into finance, where I found a passion for ensuring the business operates efficiently and sustainably behind the scenes.
Today, as Finance Manager, I oversee invoicing, payment processing, financial administration, and the day-to-day systems that help keep our services running smoothly. I take pride in providing accurate, reliable support to our clients, families, colleagues, and external partners, helping to ensure that our focus can remain on delivering exceptional care.
Having grown alongside the organisation, I feel incredibly proud to be part of Calton House's journey. What I value most is our close-knit team, strong sense of purpose, and shared commitment to making a positive difference in people's lives every day.

Kat Johns

Registered Manager

I joined Calton House in April 2026 as Registered Manager.
I bring 22 years of experience in health and social care, having started my career as a community care worker and progressed through roles including Team Leader and Registered Manager.
Throughout my career, I have developed a strong skill set and a deep understanding of delivering high-quality, person-centred care.
I hold a Level 5 qualification in Health and Social Care, which supports my leadership and management practice within the sector.
I am passionate about ensuring that all clients receive the highest standard of care, promoting dignity, independence, and wellbeing at all times. I am committed to upholding and embedding Calton House’s vision by fostering a positive, supportive environment for both clients and staff, and by continuously striving for excellence in service delivery.

Yvonne Dowrick

Administrator

I joined Calton House in 2024, bringing with me a wealth of administrative experience gained across several industries. I began my working career with a building company as a Junior Clerk/Typist and have since worked within both the print industry and a busy solicitors' office. Each role has given me valuable skills and experience, but I can honestly say that working within social care is by far the most rewarding.
As part of the administration team, I enjoy supporting the day-to-day running of the service, working alongside my colleagues, and being one of the first friendly faces to welcome clients, families, professionals, and visitors to Calton House. I take pride in helping things run smoothly behind the scenes and contributing to the positive experience of everyone who comes through our doors.
What I enjoy most about my role is being part of a caring and dedicated team that makes a real difference in people's lives every day. It's rewarding to know that, even in an administrative role, I play a part in supporting the excellent care provided by our services.
When I'm not at work, I enjoy getting lost in a good book, tackling word and logic puzzles to keep my brain active, and spending time on my treadmill during the winter months, which has become my own personal trainer!

Kate Crocker

Care Co-ordinator

I have worked for Calton House since February 2018, starting as a Support Worker before progressing to Team Leader, then care manager and now Care Coordinator. During my time with the organisation, I have developed a strong understanding of both the people we support and the services we provide, which helps me ensure care is delivered effectively and consistently.
In my current role, I oversee the rota and work closely with our teams to ensure the people we support receive the right support at the right time. I enjoy the variety that each day brings and take pride in helping services run smoothly while supporting both our clients and staff.
One of the most rewarding parts of my role is seeing the people we support achieve their goals, experience new opportunities, and live fulfilling lives with the encouragement of our dedicated team.
Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my family and friends, getting out for walks with my dog, and heading off on adventures in my campervan

They work closely with clients, families, professionals, and our support teams to oversee care delivery, promote positive outcomes, and ensure our services maintain the highest standards of quality and compassion.
Their experience, knowledge, and commitment help create supportive environments where people can thrive, develop independence, and live fulfilling lives.

Kat Paddington

Care Manager

Hi, I’m Kat. I’ve been part of Calton House since January 2024, starting as a Team Leader and now proudly serving as a Care Manager. I bring over 10 years’ experience in learning disabilities and complex care, and previously managed my own in‑house clinical care service.
I hold a degree in Combined Social Science, a Level 3 Diploma in Public Services, a Level 5 Diploma in Soft Tissue Therapy, and I’m currently completing my NVQ Level 4 in Adult Care.
One of the highlights of my role has been supporting our service users directly and helping turn their goals into reality. Now as part of the management team, I’m passionate about recognising staff achievements and carefully assessing potential new service users to ensure we offer the best possible support.
When I’m not at my desk, you’ll usually find me walking on the beach with my dog—probably listening to Elvis!

Liam Dyer

Care Manager

Hi, I'm Liam, and I am proud to be a Care Manager at Calton House. I bring over a decade of experience in the care sector and have previously worked with young people in both specialist educational settings and mainstream schools. Supporting people to achieve their goals, develop their independence, and live fulfilling lives has always been at the heart of my career, and I am delighted to continue that journey at Calton House.
Having progressed into a Care Manager role, I am passionate about leading and supporting our teams to deliver high-quality, person-centred care. I believe that building positive relationships, maintaining a calm and approachable style, and working collaboratively with colleagues, families, and professionals are key to achieving the best outcomes for the people we support.
What I enjoy most about my role is seeing individuals grow in confidence, overcome challenges, and achieve things they may never have thought possible. Being part of those moments is incredibly rewarding and reminds me why I chose a career in care.
When I'm not at work, you'll probably find me exploring somewhere new with my children, making family memories and enjoying the outdoors. I also like to think I bring plenty of experience, a calm head, and, according to my colleagues, more than my fair share of terrible dad jokes to the team!

I am looking forward to getting to know everyone and supporting both our residents and staff at Calton House.

Toni-Jane Lenz-Williams

Team Leader

Hi, I’m Teej. I joined the team at the start of 2025 as a Support Worker and have recently taken on the role of Team Leader.
From day one, I’ve loved building positive relationships with the people we support and working alongside a brilliant dedicated team.
Stepping into the Team Leader role is an exciting new challenge, and I’m looking forward to continuing to develop my skills, supporting my colleagues, and helping to create a positive environment for both the people we support and the team.
I love working in support because every day is different, and I enjoy building meaningful relationships with the people we support. Seeing someone smile, try something new, or accomplish something they’ve been working towards is what makes me love this job!
When I'm not in work you will normally find me down the beach with my family and dog rain or shine or trying new places to eat and just making the most of Cornwall.
