New Feedback Projects & Goals

In 2023 Calton House will be launching the following new service areas to further enhance how our staff and the people we support shape our delivery:

• The People's group – Now Established - Host regular meetings for the people we support to give everyone an opportunity to discuss feedback, explore new ideas and suggest improvements. 
• Friends of Calton House – Progressing -This group will be offered to the family, friends, relatives and wider community of the people we support to enable an opportunity to build a relationship with ourselves, other families and host a forum for sharing opportunities.

1. Community donations - Established via social media.
2. Local community groups linking with Calton resources to support service users in an official capacity - Under construction and growing!
3. Family forums.

• Staff Forum – An opportunity for staff feedback, review how we support and enable our teams, look at our processes and look for improvements, whilst ensuring we are inclusive and ever evolving.  Leading the way for co-designed staff wellbeing services - Under construction!
• Feedback and suggestion Analysis. Calton House's senior management team will regularly review all gathered data and look at ways to implement change and maximise best outcomes - Established and proud to be making service improvement planning.
