Calton House Ltd places the people we support at the heart of their 'my life and support planning'.  We ensure they lead their decision making and have independent input into setting their own life goals.

Our Team Leaders


The members of Calton House support team are highly trained and experienced. Each is completely dedicated to encouraging independence and driving goals and outcomes. 


Our Team Leaders directly support their assigned Care Manager and work to review goal setting, outcomes and exploring new opportunities.


Lee, Gemma, Kat, Mandy and Matt sit firmly within the service delivery of Calton House.  They facilitate a host of support roles, such as face to face training, audits and reviews.
