Established in 2000, Calton House is a CQC Registered Provider of Support Services in West Cornwall - covering Camborne, Redruth, Truro, and Penzance, including surrounding areas.
We strive to provide an excellent care and support service using highly experienced, passionate and skilled staff, matched to the needs of the people we support.
Bespoke Support Services
Our services range from providing 24 hour care to once weekly support packages. We are able to offer help with personal care needs to maintaining a varied social network. We use a person-centred care planning approach, meaning much of the support we provide is around facilitating independence and supported access to local community activities.
The people we support are individuals and these activities include beach trips, attending college, volunteering, art groups or even attending rock concerts.
We have the expertise to support specific clients needs such as support for people with learning disabilities, autism, chaotic lifestyles and mental health support needs.
Subject to available staffing we accept local authority, health or self funded support packages.
